These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by NextraLogic Software Pvt. Ltd.. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
NextraLogic Software Pvt. Ltd. is incorporated in Nepal under the Office of the Company Registrar (OCR), Government of Nepal, and is additionally registered with the Department of Industry (उद्योग विभाग).
They cover the website only. Any project we take on for you is governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement wins.
What this site is
This website describes the services we offer. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quotation, or a commitment to deliver any particular outcome, timeline, or price. Descriptions of our services are general; what we would actually do for you is set out in a proposal written for your project.
Using the contact form
The contact form is for genuine enquiries about our work. Please do not use it to send unlawful, abusive, or deliberately misleading content, to send bulk or automated messages, or to attempt to disrupt the service.
Do not send us confidential information, credentials, or personal data about other people through the form. It is an initial contact channel, not a secure one. If you need to share something sensitive, tell us and we will arrange an appropriate way to receive it.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, layout, design, graphics, and code — belongs to NextraLogic Software Pvt. Ltd. unless stated otherwise. You may read it, link to it, and share links to it. You may not copy substantial parts of it, republish it as your own, or use our name or branding to suggest an association that does not exist.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
Links to other sites
Where we link to third-party sites, we do so for convenience. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their practices.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of Nepal, in particular the Companies Act, 2063, the Information Technology Act, and the Muluki Dewani Samhita (Civil Code), 2074, which governs contracts.
Any legal action or court-based dispute resolution will be brought in the competent courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
